Purpose and legal basis of data processing
3. NTG processes personal data in accordance with Article 6, 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

6. The NTG website registers personal requests, which is necessary to provide

7. NTG has the right to disclose personal data:

7.3. NTG transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized person
to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
7.4. NTG transfers the data necessary for the processing of shipments to the appropriate authorized person
to the processor: Omniva SIA, DPD Latvija SIA, Carbobus SIA or ACE Logistics Latvia SIA.
7.5. NTG transfers the personal data required for shipment tracking to the authorized person
to the processor Sortles SIA.
8. A natural person has the right to request NTG information about third parties who
have received information about this natural person, unless in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia
acts do not stipulate otherwise.
Access to your personal data and data portability
9. You can access and make corrections to your data using the NTG client
online system, in person at the NTG office or by sending a request to the postal address in Tallinn
iela 86, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia. NTG data is issued after a data request has been made

10. A person has the right to receive the data about himself held by NTG in a machine-readable form.
Data correction, deletion or restriction of processing

13. Upon finding that personal data is false, outdated or incomplete, NTG sends
an invitation to make corrections by a certain deadline. If no response is given or data
are not renewed, or the data is found to be false, NTG has the right to terminate
Distance contract.
14. If a person objects to the processing of their data, NTG terminates the Distance Agreement, because the person
data processing is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Distance Agreement.
15. A person can request the deletion of his user account and personal data by sending
requests in the Contacts section. Data will be deleted in accordance with General Data Protection
the provisions of the regulation.
Duration of data storage
16. The manager is a derived public person, which is bound by national regulations
documentary heritage, therefore personal data is stored in accordance with the Republic of Latvia
procedures established in regulatory acts.
17. Cookies on the NTG website are deleted after the end of the session.

18. A natural person has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority about the possible
